Reread that a few times, then tell me why you think you can’t do anything.

You’re talking about my father there, buddy. I corrected him on this rumor, though if I’d had more time, I would’ve explained more how this conjecture isn’t just wrong, but completely goes against what the people involved stood for AND for what their histories show in regards to things like this. This is why I hate local politics. People spread misinformation like this and it only serves to discredit the community at large. It also takes focus away from actually important issues and makes those take longer to address, because we’re so caught up with Junior High rumor-mill type BS. Frustrating. |
I laughed. Two losers try to save face by introducing online privacy bill
“GUYS! Guys. Come on, you know us.” “I’m the guy who lost the presidential election in 2004. Flanking me on my left is the guy who lost in 2008. Despite the fact that we’re both losers, we still have some winning moments, and this is one of them. We’re introducing this online privacy bill to ensure that consumers still have rights on the Internet and that their info isn’t being shared by anyone like those jerks at Rapleaf. I know my boy didn’t even discover Twitter until like a year ago, but we’re totally on top of this thing. Give us some credit, guys!” source
Bill O’Reilly actually defending Obama?
I may not like the dude, but I’ll have to admit that this is pretty noble of him. Though I wonder how much of this is motivated by the GOPs probably distaste of Trump right now. The timeliness is suspect to me.
Otherwise? Right on.
Thoughts?
A rehash of “Imagine” for a 1st grade class that rewrote the lyrics, done in under 3 1/2 hours. A little sloppy, and the mix isn’t perfect, but it’s all right otherwise.
